Dubai, United Arab Emirates: flydubai proudly commemorates Emirati Women’s Day by honoring the invaluable contributions of Emirati women to the UAE’s aviation sector. This occasion highlights their achievements and dedication to the growth of Dubai’s aviation hub.

Emirati women play a vital role at flydubai, contributing across various departments including inflight operations, engineering, and management. The airline has invested in initiatives to support UAE nationals, including a well-established Cadet program, engineering apprenticeships, and internship opportunities.

Nasser Binkherbash, Senior Vice President of Human Resources at flydubai, stated, “Emirati Women’s Day is a special occasion to celebrate our colleagues who are integral to flydubai’s growth. Their dedication and leadership are key to our success.”

Since August 2022, the representation of Emirati women at flydubai has nearly tripled, reflecting the airline’s commitment to the UAE’s vision of inclusivity and equitable workplaces. As flydubai celebrates this day, it reaffirms its commitment to fostering an environment that supports the ambitions and goals of young Emirati women, ensuring they continue to thrive as leaders in the aviation industry.
